Who I am
Curious about people above all, I love understanding what drives each person forward. Pragmatic, I always look for what works in practice. People recognize my positive energy, my attentive listening and my solid sense of humour.
Between France and Quebec, I know from the inside the codes of organizations on both sides of the Atlantic: how they communicate, decide and manage. An intercultural perspective that is valuable for executives on international assignments and for multicultural teams.
A graduate of ESSEC Business School, I spent more than twenty years in leadership positions in international companies before becoming an ICF PCC coach, certified in NLP, Process Communication and MBTI. As the founder of Coherence Coaching, I want to contribute to a happier, more motivated and more efficient professional world.
