Privacy policy

This policy explains how Coherence Coaching collects, uses and protects your personal information, in accordance with Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25) and, for people located in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

• Contact form: name, company, email address, phone number and a description of your needs.
• Email or phone conversations: the information you choose to share with us.
• Audience measurement, only if you accept it in the banner: pages viewed, visit length, device type and approximate location, without identifying you by name (see our cookie policy).

Like any website, our host also records technical information (IP address, browser, requested page) in its logs, for the security and proper operation of the site.

How we use it

Your information is used only to answer your request, to organize and deliver our coaching and training, and to improve the site. We do not sell or rent it, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

Who can access it

Only Guillemette Moreau and the Coherence Coaching coaches handling your request have access to it. A few service providers work on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality:

• our host, Fluotonic (Canada);
• Google (United States), for audience measurement, only with your consent;
• Vimeo (United States), which streams our videos.

Some of these providers are located outside Quebec. Before any personal information is communicated outside Quebec, we make sure it will receive adequate protection there.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as needed for your request and the coaching that follows, then for no more than three years after our last exchange, unless the law (for example accounting rules) requires us to keep it longer. Audience measurement data is kept for 14 months by Google.

How we protect it

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), our forms are protected against automated submissions, and access to personal information is limited to the people who need it. If a confidentiality incident presents a risk of serious injury, we will notify you and the Commission d’accès à l’information.

Your rights

At any time, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, receive a copy of it, and withdraw your consent, for example to audience measurement with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page. Write to us at info@coherencecoaching.pro: we reply within 30 days.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec or, if you live in France, the CNIL.
