NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)
“Everyone already has all the resources needed to achieve their goal.”
Neuro-Linguistic Programming studies what works in communication, learning and change. In coaching, it becomes a practical toolbox to reach your goals, personal or professional.
- An action-oriented toolbox
- Effective tools for change
- To reach your goals
- Certified NLP coach Practitioner and Master Practitioner
What is NLP?
Neuro-Linguistic Programming is an approach dedicated to the study of human behaviour in its dimensions of communication, learning and change.
It focuses first on the results obtained (what works?), then on the processes that achieve them (how did it work?).
It is less interested in what is true or false, good or bad, than in what works and what does not. It helps you step back, take the position of an observer to move beyond limiting frames, and become more open, autonomous and able to grow.
Its aim is practical: to provide tools to communicate, learn and change better, based on approaches that have proven their effectiveness.
What NLP helps you do
Communicate better
Understand how each person perceives reality, and adjust the way you listen, ask questions and persuade.
Learn from what works
Identify your own successes and the strategies behind them, so you can reproduce them in other contexts.
Change for good
Shift the behaviours, limiting beliefs and habits that hold you back from your goals.
NLP coaching
An action- and solution-oriented coaching approach that uses the NLP toolbox to help you reach a specific goal, in an ecological way and in an optimal timeframe.
-
A clear goal
Coaching starts from what you want to achieve, stated precisely, realistically and in harmony with your environment.
-
Several levels of work
Your coach can work on whatever will help you reach your goal:
- Behaviours
- Capabilities
- Beliefs
- Identity
-
A rigorous and flexible approach
Practical, rigorous and flexible, the approach adapts to a wide range of contexts and issues, personal as well as professional.
